Not “the best of the best of shapes” its required to do this tour, however, it’s very important to know how to ride bikes, to be comfortable and confident doing so. Your tour guide will take you on a pre-selected path, always finding the “smoothest” way around town! Remember, it’s a private experience, so we will go on your pace!
Do I Need to Sign A Liability Waiver Before Starting the Tour?
This is an outdoor activity, so it required to sign a waiver before the beginning of the tour.
How Far Away Is It from The Cruiships Terminal, It Is A Walkable Distance to The Meeting Point?
Its only about a 15 min drive on the main avenue, and can be close to an hour walk, because the heat and other factors, we don’t recommend walking.
Do We Ride Only on The Bike Lines?
We want to show you as much as possible on this tour! We start on the bike lines, then we take trails and continue on the streets of Vallarta.
I Have Under Age Kids, Is It Safe for Them, Can They Do the Tour?
The routes are definitely safe for our experience; however, we don’t have small bikes for children. We don’t have an age limit to do the tour, what matters the most it is skills and to be tall enough to be able to ride an adult’s size small bike.
I Recently Had Surgery, Is It Recommendable to Do This Tour?
Because we do not stay on a flat surface (bike lane) all the time, we don’t know how street bumps and a small hole here and there can affect you on that specific area of your body. We don’t recommend to do the tour if this is the case.
What Happens If I Have to Cancel Due Sickness or An Emergency?
Our tours are all private experiences, this is why our cancellation policy should be 48 hours prior to the beginning of the tour for a full refund. We have a 24 hours WhatsApp number you can contact for any assistance or questions on regards of rescheduling the tour, where our office it is located, if you cannot find it or you are coming a few minutes late, etc.
We will be happy to extend a gift certificate to be use on a different time, with no expiration date.
Can I Pay Cash for The Tour?
Sure thing! A minimum Deposit will be required to secure the reservation and keep the space for you and your friends or family! Remember these are all private tours and we will have a custom-made experience ready for you all! You can Pay the rest the day of the tour at the front desk if that works better for you!
